Question by baby boop: i want to join a dating site but scared now of the craiglist killings?
i advertised for some jobs on the craiglist when these killings started. i had planned on joining Eharmony and a christian dating site. not to mention so many people are putting date sites down and that the folks must be ‘desperate” or “quirks” which i’m neither.

What are some of the best christian dating sites or other ways to meet christian singles?
(please don’t say eHarmony because I don’t know of anyone who has had any luck with that site)

The guy is looking for someplace that he may be able to find someone local. He’s had bad luck with women saying they’re willing to relocate, then changing their mind after a few months.

He attends a small church in a fairly decent-sized city that only has 4 single members (all male) I’ve suggested he try to attend a different church on occasion to try to meet new people, but he feels like he’s “bailing” on his church. I’ve suggested calling other churches to see if they hold singles events but again he hasn’t tried that.

He’s 31 and he’s looking to get married and start a family, not for friends with benefits. He’s a great guy and I’d love for him to find someone, but meeting new people is difficult when you’re not sure where to find them.
